The practice
Freedom Counseling Services is a Christian counseling practice in Louisville, Kentucky, with six counselors across specialties including anxiety, grief, couples and family counseling, EMDR and trauma, and work with teens.
Where they started
The practice ran on a Squarespace website. It looked fine, but it wasn't built to help the right clients find each counselor, and there was no way to see where inquiries came from or whether they turned into clients.
